ACT is a video-driven, competency-based, computer-scored simulation that assesses an individual’s proficiency in each of the above competencies and traits.

ACT’s video based model simulation combines to create a dynamic assessment and learning exercise as the participants visit on screen and in their workbooks.

You will be able to baseline performance, conduct a needs analysis, schedule training based on needs, obtain data for HR actions, and strengthen the partnership between individuals and their respective work groups as they prepare and implement their Individual Development Plans.
