Interpretation of Results

It has been found to be very beneficial to provide individual consulting of the individual’s multi-rater performance results from an outside consultant. This enables management to ask in-depth questions and become comfortable with the outcome of the performance assessment. Normally the consulting process takes less than an hour, but more time could be made available if desired. However, as a cost saver, all but senior management could receive their results back as a group. Group consultations should take about two hours and would cover discussions on each of the competencies and involve group performance dynamics discussing the importance of each competency within the Constructors environment. This consulting session is invaluable in validating their individual results and providing the basis for development of an Individual Development Plan (IDP).
