Vision
—This course teaches senior executives how to conduct a culture audit, develop integrated change efforts, develop a sense of vision or strategy, avoid short-term solutions, and develop congruent change strategies.

Interact—By far our most popular performance management course, Interact is designed for managers, supervisors and leads. It teaches individuals how to communicate with clarity, solve problems, motivate effectively, deal with anger, prevent resistance, involve employees, give recognition, and set clear follow-up. Role-playing scenarios are created specifically for banking, call centers, prisons, technical, software, and other industries.

Conflict—Designed for both supervisors and non-supervisory personnel, Conflict teaches individuals how to respond to angry confrontations, manage their temper, deal with value challenges, handle illogical arguments, and search for win-win solutions.

Performance—This course helps supervisors and non-supervisory personnel set challenging objectives, manage their daily performance, conduct yearly planning discussions, resolve disagreements during reviews, and provide timely follow-up and feedback.

Teamwork—As organizations increase participation, more employees find themselves working on task forces and teams. This course helps teams understand their charter, identify customer issues, analyze problems and collect data, develop creative solutions, resolve conflicts, manage effective team meetings, and reach consensus on tough issues.
